Director and Parent Educator, Vicki Hoefle, began developing the Parenting On Track™ program over 20 years ago when searching for guidance on how to parent her own family in an atmosphere of love, compassion, trust and mutual respect. Introduced to the concepts of Dr. Alfred Adler through “Systematic Training for Effective Parenting”, by Don Dinkmeyer, Sr., PhD, Gary McKay, PhD, and Don Dinkmeyer, Jr., PhD, Vicki began studying and applying Adlerian principles to her own family. Mission: Parenting On Track™ is dedicated to improving the lives of families and providing a positive influence on society in the United States and around the world. Ultimately, we are focused on improving access to time-tested, proactive, sustainable parenting strategies and techniques through the development of products and services that will serve people throughout their lifetime.
