Webinars and Events

Whether you’re new to the National Association of Mothers’ Centers or a long-time supporter, we invite you to attend our conferences and events. Our programs offer many opportunities to meet and learn from others who share your interest in, commitment to and passion for mothering and caregiving issues. Here’s a rundown of our major events, but check back often--we’re always scheduling new ones.

 

Work/Life Conference
This annual event, first held in 1996, is a great way for employers and employees alike to explore issues in the work/life integration arena. Nationally recognized experts share their insights into how workplace flexibility and family-friendly policies make good business sense. Sessions cover the myriad issues around elder care, child care, balancing responsibilities of both work and family, parenting, and how to create and implement innovative work/life policies. Hear about current research and best practices firsthand at this productive event.

21st Century Webinar Series
Our 21st Century webinar series features short, convenient sessions via webinar, on a variety of topics. Previous programs have covered:

Mile For Mothers Walk
Since this event is a week before Mother's Day, it is our goal to raise awareness of the work that we do that supports mothers in every walk of life and increase the participation as we celebrate together. Join us.
