The NAMC is part of a coalition to draw public attention to children's issues. Mothers' Center members will be contributing to the HANDS project. Over 24,000 children from all over Long Island have been cutting out outlines of their hands for a display that will be posted at the Long Island Children's musuem on October 14th, the day before the Presidential Debates at Hofstra University.
