NAMC Work Life Programs
NAMC's Annual Work/Life Conference
The NAMC recognizes the need for programs that benefit both employers and employees. In 1996, we held our first Work/Life Conference as a great way for employers and employees alike to explore issues in the work/life integration arena. Nationally recognized experts share their insights into how workplace flexibility and family-friendly policies make good business sense.
Work/Life Conference sessions cover the myriad issues around elder care, child care, balancing responsibilities of both work and family, parenting, and how to create and implement innovative work/life policies. Hear about current research and best practices firsthand at this productive event.
